Truckers Growth

Next Level Trucking (NLT) Program Investment

The NLT Program is a turn-key trucking business program designed to enable both investors and experienced CDL drivers to profit in the trucking industry, without requiring prior trucking experience or ownership of trucks.
The company is headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia, and is a minority, woman-owned enterprise led by founder and CEO Sheneva Whitley.

For Investors

NLT offers investor clients a hands-off path into trucking entrepreneurship. Here’s what’s included:
•No CDL or trucking experience required.
•They handle company setup, truck purchasing, recruiting and managing drivers, and establishing compliance (FMCSA/DOT) and contracts with major carriers.
•Investors see returns quickly—typical net profits average $4,000–$6,000 per truck per month, with some investors reporting up to $320K annually per top-performing truck.
•Operations are set up rapidly, with trucks on the road in roughly 60–90 days and profitability often reached within a month of operation.

For Drivers

Experienced Class A CDL drivers can join NLT with a pathway to owning their own truck:
•Drivers earn based on a percentage of load revenue (instead of cents per mile), potentially earning up to 50%, which can be more than typical industry pay.
•They enjoy non-forced dispatch, home every two weeks, dedicated/regional routes, and weekly pay—with sign-on bonuses and benefit options through partner carriers.
•After just 90 days, NLT helps drivers incorporate and file as a business, and after 24–36 continuous months, they are gifted the truck, free and clear. This is a standout benefit—free truck ownership.

NLT provides flexibility with four main options tailored to different needs:

Community Impact & Partnerships

•In partnership with the Jack Brewer Foundation, NLT offers CDL training and reintegration opportunities for returning citizens, with coaching to help them get on their feet and ultimately own a truck through the gifting program.

In Summary

The Next Level Trucking Program offers two main paths:
1.Investors can fund a trucking business and collect profits while NLT handles the operations.
2.Experienced CDL drivers can work their way to owning a truck—with zero upfront cost—after about 2–3 years.

Both pathways are supported through structured options and strong community and training partnerships.
